Attracting interested buyers to your online FSBO ad is a multi-step process.

  1. Potential buyers find this website through popular search engines and directories
  2. Potential buyers first view the list of all current ads or narrow their search to a specific community or type of property
  3. Potential buyers scan the list to see what properties are offered.
  4. Potential buyers click through for more details on fsbo listings which attract their attention.
  5. After viewing the photos and details of your ad, potential buyers make the decision to contact you about your property or they move on to another ad.
